Dear Mankind,
We are sorry to inform you that your fantasies of werewolves and fairies simply do not exist. It was fun while it lasted, but now you are killing us? I regress to inform you that we are actually very important to the ecosystems around us. Killing all of the "scary wolves" will only create more problems. In case you did not know, we actually have a job that is unique to us and a niche that is very important.* Removal of our presence near your houses will only cause an overabundance of deer and other of our prey animals.* This overabundance of deer will only cause them to eat more food out of your precious gardens and an increase in car accidents caused by deer.* Are we REALLY that horrible?
Name one time that a wolf attack on a human was not provoked. We are serious. The only reason a wolf would ever attack a human is if they attacked first. I mean come on! We are fuzzy and adorable! You just have decided that we look better dead. You have decided that our pelts and our skulls are valuable. Most of the time when you encroach on our territory, we just move. Sometimes though, we just simply can not move anywhere.* Supposedly "mad" wolves are just simply rabid. Your kind can contract this disease just as easily. We cannot control our actions when we have this disease as our brains are literally swelling outside of our skulls. All we wolves wish to do is live in harmony with you.
Our species have become the simply of wilderness and untouched forest. Since you "new" humans came, all you have tried to do is kill us all so that you can be safe. The humans before you respected us and made us gods in their religions. You now have descendants of our ancestors inside of your houses. All of us have influenced your lives in more ways than you know. Wolves are keystone species in any environment which they are a part of. *We hope that you are able to get past our teeth and claws and be able to act like civilized creatures and not try to put lead in us whenever you happen to get a glance of us in the woods.
Sincerely,
All Wolves who have Lived and Once Lived
